BAH! I'm a youngin, and I remember that Of course, I had an earlier start than most, since my dad was a real computer geek. I started out on an Atari 5200ST with a 300baud modem.

My dad was/is a computer geek too, I remember when my parents bought a $3000 IBM XT with a greenscale monitor (think I was in Kindergarten). It was badass!

my first was a 300 baud also. ::shudders:: back when a math-coprocessor was an extra chip you could buy at Fry's. That was high school and after for me though.
