If you can live with Memory sticks (gahh) and a tiny *** lense then my DSC-T1 is not too shaby. 5MP with a phat screen and fits in your pocket. Anything bigger and I'd just leave it at home.

I used to have a Sony DSC-P1, it was nice, until it started getting crappy, just like every other sony product, hehe. The battery life went to crap, and then then it refused to focus. Piece of ****.
