downtown was pretty bad. I saw one rat floating in a puddle.

Oh and business 80 to the 5 interchange was nice and flooded.

I was caught in the middle of the hail on Bus. 80 & 50. The road was covered with ice with slushy tire tracks. People were pulling over. The hail on the car was pretty loud.
