How long has it been? This rain is much needed, I love the smell of wet asphalt.

How many collisions will there be today? First rain means lots of oil on the road.

 

Yea the rain feels good. The sun came out in Elk Grove. Hope we get more rain.

Wow. Must not have got up here to Folsom/EDH yet. To me though, rain is a waste unless it means snow in the mtns.

STORM WARNING for the Sacramento County area... severe thunder storms and dime size hail is expected in the next hour. My car is outside, , so I covered it with blankets to avoid any dings that I can. Hopefully within the next few weeks I can clear out my garage enough so I can park my car in it....

I work at the REI store over here off Expo Blvd. and there was some nice chunks of hail comming down. I was a little scared for my baby outside.

 

lots of flooding in downtown sac. They had to close down the capital building because of some flooding.

 

My gf and I were at a restaurant at 28th and M or so and the whole block flooded. The restaurant flooded as a result so I was forced to sit and drink for a few hours

 

It rained TOO MUCH!!!
