well i'm out of idears here... i cannot log into safe mode as administrator because the error window pops up and runs out the timer before i can do "run -> shutdown -a". i cannot run the .exe from my wife's regular profile because it says that she does not have administrator rights.

dont you hate it when... an auto manufacture makes a car, says it has xxxHP and it comes out having 80HP less? damn....thats gotta suck.
