The rotors are great. I haven't gone to DOT4 fluid yet, I've been meaning to do that to finish off the "Stage 1" set but yeah.....the pads with the rotors have solid bite, and feel good.

Plus I installed them myself, which gives me pride

Actually, that picture was taken in Seacliff, right above the cement ship at sunset. Best time of day in that neck of the woods.

Thanks everyone for the welcome, I'll def. have to go to a Thunderhill event soon. Any advice on how to prepare? Should I buy a helmet or share until I'm sure I'll do it more often?
