Yeah allstate has been straight up bending me over a barrel.... the quote i got from esurance was $50 less a month and this is with 3 tickets and a revocation, allstate was charging me $350/ a mo. with 1 ticket & good student discount.

The one that really made me laugh was the quote i got for full coverage on my motorcycle, $9000/year :rotfl:

I only paid $8700 for the bike

Crazy. I think its because esurance is their own insurance company. If you go through a middle man then you will get f'ed.
esurance is inexpensive because they're web only so they don't pay agents, don't have to pay for sales offices, etc.

for 2 cars (truck and suby) with progressive i pay:

1175 for 6 months.
coverage 300k/600k/150k
full comp/collision, uninsured/underinsured, med pay, and a buncha other stuff... not bad since i dont have a good drive discount, have been in 2 accidents that were my fault, owned a car that was totalled and have a *****... which generally makes your rates outrageous

and thats 260 a month for 4 cars - including my 05 sti and my 07 dodge turbo diesel (full coverage on both)

Just fyi

05 sti
06 element
98 civic
01 prelude sh
87 nissan sentra (it was stolen 7 months ago but we keep it on the policy because it lowers our rate :rotfl:
Full coverage on the sti, element, and the prelude.

$350/month w/ farmers. (they're a PITA to deal with when you have a problem, but they have decent coverage)
