that reminds me....which moderator was it that had a friend who hooked up his iPhone to his car with the iPod adapter? I want to know if thats still working out, because whenever I hook up my iPhone to something for an iPod I get a message saying "blah blah blah this device is not suited for an iPhone, would you like to turn on Airplane mode to reduce audio interference" and whether I click yes or no I get no sound 
thats what i get for not looking before posting.

It's a cheap *** stereo, I should have just kept the other deck I had in the car that had more features and sounded better. It looks cool in the dash but I had to rip the old Alpine AI-Net EQ out of the Mustang to make this one do everything I wanted it to...

Found the culprit, problem is he's a network admin, not a student I R Screwed....

If you have the ability to lock out his account, you can preempt his ability to shut off your port. Though I'd go talk to him about why the **** he thought it was ok to pull equipment from my PC. That's bull****.
