wire is wire... only high tech equipment can even tell the minute differences in it.
A decently shielded RCA, for < $20 will sound just as good as $8000 peach cables...
Any differences heard in expensive cables are pretty much wishful thinking.
And fwiw, wishful thinking can go a long way.
If you just spent hundreds on cables and want to hear a difference, I'm sure you will.
