I need a set of used struts.
I don't want to sell my '93 L wagon hoopdie with the STi V5(?) struts on it.
Anyone got a set of used struts they got laying around?
I need for Saturday

hey good buddy...will v5 struts work on my WRX? If they will, and if you'd be interested, I'd be willing to work something out involving a trade of my stock struts for your v5s....

Paul, I'll track down some struts for the L, then matt and I will fight to the death for them. I'll take the 4pots, too, if Matt backs out. I'll try to get some struts and the RS brakes this weekend.
The V5's are still in ok shape, right?

OK...thought the struts were sold, but they're not.
The struts are in good/used shape; don't leak, but the previous/original owner hack sawed the bracket to remove the brakeline. It's still there & the clip will still retain the line, it just looks a tad off.
I've had these struts on my Legacy & the L; all I had to change were the springs & tophats.
As I have 03/04 WRX struts on the Legacy now, I'd say that the V5s should fit on your WRX.
Let me know when/where I can trade/buy from youse guys.
