actually, the instructions on scoobymods look pretty easy.

i heard matt installed his with a butterknife o_O

actually, i did sparky plugs under the guidance of mr. egan and i've swapped numerous variations of intakes so i think this will be kinda easy.

The hardest part is alst the most useless part - the blowoff/bypass return hose...

ya know, that hose and probably the TB hose are going to end up in the same box as my aem intake... all i really want is the y hose.

if you use a 100% atmospheric BOV (read teh sticky n00b j/k) you can put a plug in the hose either near the BOV or at the turbo inlet hose.

Installing these hose kits is like rubbing your belly, patting your head, and hopping on alternating feet, all at the same time.

Just take your time and make sure the hoses aren't kinked. The throttle body hose takes some effort but I used a very small flat blade screwdriver (thin round shaft) to work the hose around the throttle body like a tire machine. I think Sport Compact Car used a small Allen key to do the same thing without damaging the hose. A light film of silicone spray might make it easier too, but I didn't think of it when I installed mine.

i will be reusing the stock throttle body hose. i'm just installing the y hose.
