What up *****es. I met with a guy about my bike this morning - I felt bad for him. He was 5'4" and my bike was a tad big for him. He was a bit shaky getting on the bike too..I thought he was going to wreck it (then he'd have had to buy it).

LOL it's the united states... since when have they ever let us make our own decisions... Everyday another law is passed that makes us one step closer to having us live in a bubble and we can only do stuff if the government ok's it

you do realize were talking about plastic bags right?

anyway this law is stupid. plastic bags CAN be recycled but most recyclers wont take them. the total cost to the environment for paper is far higher than it is for plastic, and if hippies don't like plastic bags get some bleeding heart Hollywood celebrities to do their own shopping for once and to use those reusable bags.

another example is Styrofoam cups vs ceramic mugs. to make a ceramic mug less damaging to the environment you'd have to use it 1500times because of the amount of energy and resources that go into making them. around 5000 times when compared to a polyurethane cup.

bottom line: hippies are retarded and we should kick them

There was a study done years ago when the whole paper vs. plastic depate started. The results showed that paper was more damaging because it took more room in landfills.

Elk grove started letting us recycle the plastic bags a while ago.

we already use paper bags. yes you can't carry as many of them, but you can fit a lot more isht in them. and they don't roll around the back of the car as much. we save em and use them as trash bags, etc...

man, i gotta put some kind of eco-friendly bumper sticker on the back of my gas chugging tundra
