For sale is my 2006 Novara Ponderosa Mountain Bike. I purchased this at REI last year for $850. I'm asking $625 for it now.

Equipment:

1. 17" Frame (30.4" standover height)
2. Judy J2 fork with lockout
3. Shimano XT rear derailleur
4. Shimano Deore front derailleur
5. Shimano Deore shifters
6. Shimano LX Hollowtech II bottom bracket and crankset
7. WTB Mutano Race tires in 26x2.24 (2 months old)

The bike is fantastic. It has an aggressive geometry and handles well in nearly any situation.

That's not expensive at all for a solid bike. The bike is a steal at that price, it has a few upgrades over stock, too.

 

i might be interested... but im still waiting on my tax stuff so i wont know for a couple days. leme see if i can finagle money elsewhere.

 

I don't wish to insult. It is a nice bike. I have freind with 500.00 max budget.

Good buy, 17" typically for riders between 5'6"-5'10", depending on style of riding (xc or freeride).
