Ahem.

Before you so willingly burn me at the stake Mr. Furley, please show me exactly where in my post did I mention music video?

I said I liked their rendition of the song.

Could be, but I think I'd see ants carrying them around the car if that was the case, considering they can move 100x their weight.

6 miles in 62:30. so a little slower than last time. but that makes for 15 miles of running in the last 3 days. and puts me at 27 for the last week.

What's your running goal? Are you following a training guideline? Half marathon, full marathon? Or are you just running to run? This seems to be a lot of miles in a short amount of time. I'd be careful about injuring yourself by stacking too many miles too quickly.

im running to lose weight.

actually, i was just informed a couple days ago that a friend of mine is being forced to do a marathon next summer, i want to do it too. i need to set up a good training program for that.

ive been running every day for the last couple months. so im taking my time getting back into it. i used to run over 30 miles a week, but then i got fat and lazy.
