Uhhh, what does miles driven per year have anything to do with anything? My dad drives an auto transporter for a living, and when he gets a moving violation, he gets reamed just the same as anyone with a Class A CDL regardless of miles driven.

People with a commercial license are given 6 points a year Vs. 4 points a year with a class C license. They are on the road more which = more likely to get tickets. Its pretty simple common sense, the more you are driving around the more likely you are to get a ticket, if i drove 50 miles a year theres not a lot of chance for me to get a ticket, if i drive 50,000 a year theres an exponential increase in the likelyhood of me getting a ticket.

your chances also exponentially increase when you have a loud lowered import and you drive like an asshat(not reffering to you furely), my buddy was telling me about 1 of his classmates whos gotten something like 18 tickets.. he drives a rice-a-roni import and he drives it like he stole it...needless to say hes had his license suspended several times and has completely ruined the prospect of having a respectable job/insurance rates

I understand to law of averages, I just found it unusual that you lumped-in that tidbit of info with the reasons why you shouldn't have your license pulled. It appeared to be a non-sequiter to me.

Appearantly that is one of the factors they look at when considering whether or not to take your license

You have plenty of beaters to choose from at the yards there

What are you going to do with your wrx then? part it out and sell it?
