Yeah it had a proprietary hp bios that wouldnt let you book off any disk other than the hp one, you couldnt even boot update the bios if you wanted to cause it wont let you boot off the floppy to get to a bios tool

Eh i dunno... old 7950 pavilion i think... i already got it to work though, i just installed a fresh copy of ME off the recovery disk then installed xp in windows
