You dont need to google shat if u want that. Only asian people (i think) know where to get that kind of meal.... it is everywhere in sac and bay, just look for small dining places (asian of course) and they should have them. For example a lot of thai restaurants have that dish. You just got to look around smaller places rather than americanized place. I'l pee-m the thread maker a place later tomorw morning after i find out where it is.

There is also a Mongolian BBQ place in Davis (used to be at least) that was good, if that's an OK substitute for driving to Richmond.
Mongolian BBQ's are by far the greatest things ever... I'm eating there tomorrow

It's more of a cultural thing I guess. I use to do this at home with my folks and I always thought it was fun. You guys should try it. It's something else besides the same old thing. My gf and I hit the restaurants around time all the time and we're getting kinda bored of it. She's never gone to one of tehse and I thought it'd be fun to go with her. I'm sure a lot of you love cooking but hate the prepping and cleaning, so this takes care of that.

I guess sacramento and bay area are world's apart, I can't find a restaurant that does this.

Sac isnt quite as cambodi-ized as the bay area yet. If you're looking for good pot i would try south sac.

Tres HermanAs, best Mexican I've been to in Sac, service is a bit lackadaisical, but that's kind of it's charm I guess.
