hehe, this was after two trannies that esploded and a coolant system that kept screwing up, and replacing the ecu (along with much of the interior wiring harness because of electrical problems). The temp gauge failed (well, technically didn't FAIL fail, BMW just doesn't make them register high enough) and this was on a super hot day, engine started making clunking noises and smoke (oil caked and burned to the inside of the engine block and cylinder heads) then kaput (Roseville BMW said to go ahead and drive it in ). We sued Roseville BMW and won, they could have saved the engine if they had told us to get a tow truck, but they insisted that it was streetable. We never drove it hard, the car had the V8 that BMW put out in 97, guess it was slightly larger than the 98 V8, but the independant BMW mechanic told us all BMW V8's aren't worth the metal they're made out of. To this day we have no idea why it failed, we just never bought BMW again.

good morning. Rich, I'll get you the smoked side markers. NP. It's 10am here so i'm getting ready to head out to SOJ. I wonder if they'll let me test drive anything? We did get the chance to test drive a Toyota from the Toyota Auto Salon but forgot our permits in the hotel.

I think the GF wants to put some snow tires on the Justy and take that thing around. lol

I'd rather take the legacy out but oh wells.

Pics of the snow tires and rims.

Makes me want to buy a legacy.
