High level octane around here?

High level octane around here?

Anyone know of gas stations that have above 91 octane around the sacramento area? I remember getting 92 at some 76 around folsom but i was wondering if there are any other places ???

76 in auburn has vp. don't think it's at the pump, but I saw a banner.

just putting higher octane (like 100) into your system may not pay off all that much, and may even cause damage depending on the state of tune your car is in.
you're car has to be setup for the higher octane fuel, otherwise it won't burn it properly.

fulling up "here & there" with 100 octane isn't the greatest idea.
no one needs melted down pistons.
seen cars at Sears Point run into problems after filling up with the race fuel onsite there.

some area 76's have 92 octane at the pump...
but 100 is pushing it unless your car's ready for it.

i don't think others actually fill up with 100 octane. i would go to the station with 100 and add a gallon or three to the mix to get close to 93 octane on the really hot days of summer.
