IT help: Outlook problem

Okay, guys.

I have this user that was out of the office for a long time and just came back yesterday. It looks like she is getting out of office bounce back emails sent by herself to herself by the hundreds.

She doesn't have anything in Rules and Alerts that looks even remotely like an out of office agent running.

Where are they coming from?

Dude, Berkeley can't even use Pop3, they're forcing users to use Horde. Theoretically you can get an imap account setup to work, but they won't even support that.

They also won't allow telnet, only SSH.

So I can SSH in a dinky window, or use a ****ty webmail interface. Great.

What benefits would telnet provide over ssh?

Nothing, except that the unwashed masses can at least use an integral client instead of installing another apllication that they then have to configure.

Telnet is less secure, but if your **** is open enough that you can **** it up through PINE there are bigger problems
