Been trying to solve this problem for months.

When I turned on the car, after everything cycles, the abs and dccd light come on. If I turn the car off and on while freeway driving it won't come back on until I'm at a full stop.

Tried to self diagnosed but it doesn't show up since the car has to be Started. (The gas pedal and dccd control lock/open 10x)

Subaru said I need a new dccd controller. I doubt it. Was thinking of taking it to joe alfas but really don't want to pay $250+ again to diagnose it And not solve the problem.

It is probaby a dead or faulty ABS sensor. There is a special technique to get the DCCD light to flash in a sequence which tells you what it's stored "DTC" code is - and once you know what that code is you'll know what your next step should be.

Don't remember the method, but it's easily found on google.
