Depends on the interest rate, but yeah. Plus cash in your pocket. Downside being that you restart the time spent on the lease. Just like a home/condo/etc re-fi, except its on a depreciating commodity instead of a pretty solid investment.

 

Yeah, I'm just thinking ahead about possibly refying or selling the WRX (and getting a 2.5RS) if I have trouble with house payments in the future.

 

Umm no... because if I had the money to buy the sti.. it means I would have the settlement money, and I would be living in a condo right now instead of having my parents pay rent on an apartment... There is no point ot buy a condo right now, the housing market is on a peak and is about to go back down so it would be a waste of money
