This my friends, is the reason why Subaru is a great company. People have been crying about the RX-8's (31k+ car) power since 04 and they don't get ****. We complain for a year and they totally revvamp the the powerplant of a car. They know the redesign with the same hp output was a mistake. Even though they are one of only 4 car companys's that can say they are in a sales upswing in this economy, it cost them lots of money to put these upgrades in. Subaru is one of the last car company's that can operate that way.

 

Agreed. It def. makes the WRX Wagon more attractive and I would say more of a competitor to the Audi A3.

1. Hire a legendary car designer who is, strangely, out of work
2. Design a car with a ground-breaking new design
3. Recoil when the public shuns Subaru for their horrific new design
4. Try to make up for it with adding POWAR.
5 .???
6. Profit!
