now we need these things called tires.... go check how much a tire is for an 18x9.5 inch rim... for proving my point....

now you are talking about a rear bumper + paint.. add another 1k min. to your list



tires = 250 each, cheapest i could find on tire-rack

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....e1=yes&place=0

so 3k in rims +

250x4 = 1,000 for tires

1,000 + 3,000 = 4,000 for wheels and tires

4,000 + 1,000(for bumper) = 5,000 like i said....
