I don't know what I was thinking when I pre-ordered GTA:SA. For some reason I chose the cheap-*** ship by bicycle messagner option and it just got to my house today.

 

ouch... lol, well now you'll have a good week as long as you are in front of the PS2

 

I gotta go to UCLA for a couple of days for work so that sucks but I got tonight and tomorrow night to catch up. I've been play Vice City in the mean time to get back in the groove.

 

GTA:SA will probably be out for XBOX next summer. has anyone else noticed that when you go into some of the towns in the mountains and you get spotted by a cop you automatically get three stars.

Anytime you go in an area you're not supposed to be in yet, you'll get 3-4 stars. For example, if you jack a plane by exploiting a small flaw in the airport design, and fly to San Fiero, they start shooting SAM's at you. Swim across to Vegas and they'll come after you, etc. It's basically the game's way of saying "don't go there!"

 

I need to get this game. But I gave my ps2 to my younger siblings.

lol, I heard about those... and I also heard if you trade in your old one, you get $50 off of the new one. I have an older PS2 that I am going to trade in for that

my older one doesn't work all that great. it has trouble reading discs, that is why I got the other one. now I can trade it in and get a new slim one for $50 cheaper

When are the slim Ps2's coming out?

 

I heard that they are already out, but I honestly think that they won't come out for another month or so...
