the law doesn't require a Bluetooth device. That's just one of the ways that you can use your phone without violating the new law.

Most phones come with a wired headset. Use that.

i believe you can also use the speakerphone function.

Already had a bluetooth before hand. Ain't a huge deal about the law. Getting fined 124 for not being hands free would suck.
