He signed the order but it's got a lot of legal challenges before it's implemented. Arnie knew this would happen, so he's putting a ****ton of pressure on the legislature to pass by putting the employees in the middle, and they'll likely not see that pay level before the budget passes.

This does not apply, when I bang his mom I always wear a gas mask because that's the way she likes it. Not to mention the fact that the only banging of his mom that takes place involves forcibly removing her prosthetic leg, beating her over the head with it just prior to penetration from the socket to the knee with the sweaty liner still in place. This sloppy process results in a plethora of smegma soup which is then used to feed his starving siblings, fromunda cheese and all.
