I never understood games like guitar hero & rock band. I personally dislike them since my friends are obsessed with it and the constant tapping on the drums with rockband are really annoying. If you really want to play that stuff why not learn the instrument?

Guitar Hero is one of the funnest drunk games ever created. I use to talk endless amounts of **** about how homo guitar hero was because it's a glorified dance dance revolution, and then I had an epiphany and realized that the reason guitar hero is WAYY better then DDR is because when you are hammered drunk you don't have to jump around in guitar hero like you do in DDR. Instead you can lean against a wall and be a ****ing Rock Star!!
What's not to like about that?!

The best part about playing an instrument (for me) is doing it with other people either at a real gig or just in a practice space or garage. Rock band gets people like me and even people who shouldn't play real instruments together for some good fun.
Maybe you should try it and not give up after the first two songs.
