Yeah, pretty much. I have mine connected to cruise control. Though I'm thinking of switching it to my fog lights.

I originally had them hooked up to the starter. Then I migrated to the NPS. But it wasn't enough for me. Now they're wired to the acc output of the ignition.

hmmm sweet so if its hooked up to your lights and there not on the regular horn will sound? i think im getting them, just so that i could honk at people all the time
