Did you happen to shoot this in raw mode instead of jpg? If so, I would try over exposing the shot to bring out the detail in the rocks and under exposing it to keep the detail in the sky and waves and blend the two in Photoshop to make it even better...

Just got back from Fresno this morning. I stayed with Mee's family for the past week. All i gotta say is that I'm never gonna eat rice again. I knew asian ppl ate a lot of rice but damn. Everyday, every meal. If there wasnt any rice then there would be something made of rice.
