called dealer @ 8am to speak with detailer about what they did to my car. because.....it LOOKS like they just re-waxed it. Rep said detailer is busy, and will get back to me.
@1030am I call back. explain to rep that i will need an AWD car ready for me when i bring my 6 into the shop @4pm. explain that i'm going to tahoe for the weekend and MUST have AWD. also ask if the detailer has had time in his busy day to talk to me on the phone, about the whole ****ed up 6 thing. (mind you....this is the same detailer that decided it was ok to talk crap about the customer, who is complaining about damage to his near perfect car.) He is busy, and has been running around all day.
Explain that i'll need the car ready for me when i come by to drop everything off. they assure me that they have a car waiting.
