But, for sake of argument, lets say someone works for Dell, and tries to sell a computer that they claim to be their personal one. Of course they have a Dell PC because of the company discount, and they want to sell it. Its a fine line, but in most cases I have no problem with it.
Now, lets say 1 month later, the guy comes back again, and has yet another random Dell PC to sell. His personal one again. I let it slide, but make a note of it.
Then lets say he's gone for 2 months or so, but then comes back again to sell a Dell laptop. Its not his personal one, but he's not selling it for Dell. It was given to him rather then thrown away. In my book, thats strike 2.
And lets say this keeps going on for a year or more. Every month or two, the guy comes back selling a Dell PC.
Now, lets say we start moving these posts because accumulatively, they are violating policy (a policy which the user agreed to when he joined the forums). And he is notified of the violation.
Now, lets say this individual comes back again, and starts to promote new things that Dell offers. Like, a new performance line of PCs, or Dell clothing. Those get moved out of public view, and yet again this individual is warned.
Then, yes, at this point, I will start being more harsh as its obvious this individual has no respect for i-club or how this website stays afloat. He also takes business directly away from those other vendors that help out i-club by paying small fee's.
