Not just SOA, any mod making company that doesn't have vendor status on I-Club. As in Hella super tones, is there a vendor from hella? I'm sure I've seen a post about them. There are probably for sale adds somewhere too. Or say strut bar from whiteline is it? I've seen plenty of those for sale. Did not see a vendor... (I know I don't know my parts, but you know what I mean)

So, is it totally fair to kill any for-sale thread? Maybe not, but it's in the best intrest of the paying vendors to make sure they're subscription to i-club isn't diluted by someone that may or may not be skirting the rules. Don't ***** about nKoan doing his job properly.

Bottom line is, if someone works for a non-vendor and their posts look like they may be attempting to skirt the rules, they need to stop making those posts, or pony up for vendor status.
Ok, then I-Club should not allow anyone that doesn't have a vendor status to sell on forum period. For best interest of the paying vendors....

For the sake of the arguement lets assume that ACME is not an official I-Club vendor and that these samples were given to T-Will free and clear and are no longer owned by ACME. Would he be allowed to sell them here or since he works for the company that they came from is that not allowed?
I have no idea what you're talking about.

i have to say, i bought my bike & snowboard rack from Chris a while back...most used option i have bought for my wagon so far.

he didn't say crap about the dealership in his F/S post and i assumed it was a normal private sale. even when talking to him on the phone he never mentioned the dealership IIRC.
only when i met him to pick up the rack did he even mention anything about the dealership...
he gave me his card and said if i needed anything else or if something didn't work, to call him...
great deal too! i say GREAT SELLER!

and i saw his most recent F/S posts and i didn't see anything about "work" or" dealership" in his posts...
so why ban the guy from selling stuff people need?

well whatev's it's yer forum...i just post(*****) here...

You don't see it cause moderators move it due to policy violation. Is it really that hard to comprehend

But, is the business or an employee of the business trying to sell the parts? If that is the case, please let me know immediately.

No. Private sales are okay. There is a whole forum dedicated to it (multiple ones, actually).

What is prohibitted is a person who makes their livelyhood selling products and selling the exact same products on these forums without first having vendor status.
