What do you guys mean by crusing limit? Sucks there's no cruise control on the STi. But Subaru's Cruise Control sucks though. At least in my legacy.

The STi has cruise control, it just won't allow you to set a cruising speed higher than 90mph or so.

There is cruise control on an STI, They are talking about what speed you can set it at. It won't let u set the cruise control for speeds faster then 90mph so the rumor goes...

STIs do have cruise control, but the max speed is limited.

awwww. See I don't cruise at speeds that high. I try to go for best gas mileage. (65-70mph)

Did you buy the WRX new?
If so, how many miles were on it?
How many miles were on your STi when you bought it?

Have you tried setting it low and then using the cruise's accelerate function? Yeah, it's a pain, but on my car, the cruise won't set above 85, but I can set it below 85 then punch it up to 100 or 105 and it'll hold easy.........

I bought my STi for the performance.
If I was looking for high mpg, I'd bought a TDI or a (God Forbid) Prius.

I'd buy one for the performance too, but if I'm taking a trip like that I'd still want to conserve.

Yep - it will accelerate over the limit but will not stay there.

I would be OK with that...

I care more about the "blessed lady of acceleration" (As I believe Oaf put it in the past) than gas mileage. As long as I get over 10mpg I am happy...
