exceleration issue's

exceleration issue's
just like title say's.
when under exceleration, if i dont bring rpm's up slowly the car jolts really bad in gears 1-4th.
I recently had the drive belts changed (about a month give or take) and then this started a few weeks later. never had any problems with the car until this.
any ideas before i take it in?
