I did the Shamrockn Half Marathon in Downtown Sac. Cool thing about it was finishing at homeplate on Raley Field. Afterward, I had to refuel with breakfast and a black and tan from Cafe Bernardo's. Yup, it was a good day.
So, I have this really feminine guy come knock on my door yesterday @ 7am. As I answer it he asks if I'm me. Like a dumbass I say yes and he hands me some legal papers. Apparently I'm being sued for $25,000 cause they couldn't get any more money out of my insurance company
$15000 for diminished value, $5000 for interest, $5000 for loss of use. On the flip side of it my trailblazer suffered a broken license plate frame:/
Vehicle hit = 2007 Sierra pick-up rear ended
My vehicle = 2005 Trailblazer

Well at least I wasn't driving. Once I have mt attorney look over it I'll know what I'm going to do. They kept it from being fixed for 3-4 months while they tried to find someone that would say the frame was bent and it needed to be totaled. But as trailblazer vs full size HD p/u that wasn't gonna happen. See kids this is what happens when you DON'T drink and drive.
