i'm a long time fan of A Perfect Circle and Tool. I just bought this CD today because I really like the cover of Imagine on it.

IMHO, it sucks. do not waste the $12 on it. I understand that it's a politically driven album, and I kept a very open mind because the motivation behind it is opposite of my political beliefs. I was at least hoping for good music. nadda.

I listened to it a few weeks ago.... and yes, it was not that impressive. I wasn't happy with the last album either though.

I just gave the album a quick listen, and I think it sounds pretty decent. There are some great covers on that album, but also some awful ones.

I gotta disagree on the 13th Step, though. It was probably one of the best RIAA albums of last year.

 

I dunno why, it just didn't do it for me at all. The loss of Troy Van Leewan (sp?) was definately noticed.
