"Vandalism" ... mkay.
Spray painting a wall, keying a car is vandalism. I don't see cutting through a major fiber lines as just Vandalism.

I noticed you were on Waze. There were 8 of us in 2 county cars. I wanted to kill the driver of the car I was in, he had no idea how to brake smoothly.
