Meh.. I was only able to snag half a tank.. Had I known about this ahead of time I would have been filling some drums

Did meet some VP of propel on Laguna in EG.. Seems they are looking to expand their reach and open up some new stations...

He also started babbling about some 600 HP evo that showed up at another station.. I just nodded..
