Wow, that is hard to read. I don't really know what to make of it.
Part of it is bad planning, and the other part I'm not sure what it is, but someone needs to find out what the real story is.

Sorry, yeah that was a compilation of my friends and my thoughts. We were a lil premature to post such a harsh review. I was unable to speak to anyone directly so my friends persuaded me to post. S^2 handled it like professionals and remember the reason i went there is because the place has been highly recommended to me by every rex i meet at sac raceway including me.

I'm glad we could get everything figured out. Thanks again for working with us; we appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
It's good to see that S^2/Subaru Specialists worked the problem out and now both parties are happy. If more shops did business this way, life would be so much easier for the car enthusiast.
