You shouldn't own a dog in an apartment IMO unless you are REALLY REALLY on top of your game, cats are so much better for apartments.... Don't need attention, are potty trained when they are like a 4 weeks old, won't **** off your neighbors, small enough and calm enough to be satisfied with the apartment life...


AND BAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA so as i'm making this post, my cat's kind of sleeping infront of me(inbetween me and my laptop)... he kind of woke up and he saw the lil smilie dancing across the screen and he stretched to attack it LOL
