Actually, that was one scenario I thought of a while back... simple terrorist attack = set 8-10 arson fires in a large city. Or however many is 1 or 2 more than they can fight.

Yeah I've thought about that too...pretty scary stuff. Just start a bunch of forest fires all around.

Yeah, it looked pretty big from far away, but when I saw it today, it was just a tiny area.
