dealership denting/scratching your car

what can i do when a dealership has dented your car and will not fix it? my car was at senator subaru for 9 days, while it was there the hood was removed, and was scratched, during re-installation my left fender was scratched.. during the the stay , my right fender was dented also, they have buffed all of the scratches out but will not touch the fender, they are denying it happened while it was in their posession, what can i do? i have pictures that might show no dent that were taken 2 or 3 days prior to my cars stay at senator, is that my only hope? they are not working withme at all there, completely denying anything to do with the dent.

Sorry dude, sounds like it wasn't worth taking it to the most convenient dealer...

Hard to believe a dealer would do this.

Is Shingle Springs the only honest dealer around?

Yeah... that would only cost 10X as much money as it would to fix the dent

yah im not sure if ill go as far as getting a lawyer, what really irked me was how they categoraly denied everything to do with that dent when it is right next to said hood they reinstalled, but they did buff out the scratches they left on my left fender, hood scoop, and hood... it was basically my word vs his

me: you dented my fender
senator: we scratched your hood and left fender
me: but you also dented my right fender
senator: no we did not
me: so your telling me in the 9 days you had my car and had the front apart, its not possible it could have been dented while it was in your posession?
senator: no

that was the pretty much the jist of our 7 minute long conversation.

i can now honestly say i would like to burn down senator subaru for all the shotty work they have done to my, sonicsubys, and to anyone else car they have or will work on, and i dont care if west sac PD's intraweb department reads this

go talk to the general manager, with the pictures..also if they didnt do a walk around, noting the damages on your car, then all the dents are there fault, as far as they're concerned...and if that doesnt work... I can talk to my friend and see what he can do for ya..my friend is the owners grandson of senator..mr. creedons a great guy, helped me with me gt.
