The cops have no case. to shackle the cuffs.

Sounds like one maybe two infractions. Get a ticket pay fine. Go home.

But I've talked to the police officers around here...and they willingly tell me, nah, we just stop because we've got nothing better to do and want to know what's going on. They did say that it's good that they stop anyway, but even if they already see 6 cars there, they'll still stop if they are going by.

Yep. I never have a problem with it. I am pleased to see that I live somewhere that the cops have nothing better to do than sit around and BS while one of them is writing a traffic citation.

and see, I wouldn't have a problem with it either...if there hadn't been an incident about 2 weeks ago where a 6 year old girl was shot to death sitting in the car waiting for her dad to come out of a drug house in my town...

I would suggest you read my posts more carefully and you would see that I said I could be ref'd for my mods. I said I do not have to smog the car, ever. That is true. I don't know why you perceive this as being exempt from smog laws. Take the stick out?

The tow truck driver then drove the car two blocks away to his yard!!!
I was yelling at all 7 cops, "OMG!!! He's stealing my car!! He's gonna wake everyone up with that exhaust!! OMG"
I love when Cops attempt to have a thought.

Not too long ago I was driving with my buddy in his 1984 Silverado on E80 in traffic. Some ******* slammed into the back of us and somehow left the truck undamaged even though his windshield and headlights had shattered. Front-end was crushed.

****ing CHP told us to pick-up the glass in a rude tone like we worked for him. I politely told him sitting in the cab of the truck "**** that, I'm not the public servant here, YOU clean that ****-up!" Then drove off.
