for the 3rd time tonight, my order was not made correctly. the previous 2 times i have ordered a large mauii zauii with onions (red and green) on only half of the pizza, as one of the members of our household is allergic to onions. the two previous pizzas were both delivered with onions. I even had a verbal exchange previously with one of the delivery drivers when i said "this has onion on it" noting the large chunks of green onion all over the pizza instead of on one side, to which he responded "those aren't onions".

tonight i decided to order a pizza with no onions. to eliminate the confusion. once again my pizza arrived with green onions on it. I called into the restaurant on Natomas blvd and asked, since it was their mistake, if they could provide me with a personal pizza for the person with allergies. i even offered to pick it up. apparently, since some of the hungry people had already grabbed a piece of pizza there was "nothing" they could do.

Since the employee who answered didn't know how to mute the phone, i was able to hear the conversation between he and the manager. the manager sounded like he didn't care, which was reflected in the employees response.

your employees messed up my order and your manager made me pay $20 to have another pizza delivered.

please train your employees to identify BASIC FOOD INGREDIENTS such as onions, as well as provide them coaching in oral communication and customer service, because apparently, they don't speak English or have any idea what customer service is.

The one on Arena is pretty good. Last week my wife ordered a pizza from them. She ordered a half-maui zaui, no ham, and half chicken and garlic supreme.

The maui-zaui side was for her. She hates, hates bacon, and didn't realize bacon was on that pizza, so she didn't tell them not to include it. They showed me the pizza when I got there to pick it up, I saw the error and they remade the pizza for me, no charge, even after I offered to pay for another pizza since it was my (wifes) mistake. They took good care of me on that one.
