It's a given when someone out of no where comes up huge anywhere in the games.

It always follows an awesome performance, like Mariam Jones and Floyd Landis.

But it is possible that he is legit, and that he did somehow shave off seconds against the world record holder on the last 50M.

He even crushed the 100m freestyle world record.

He swam a 46.06 split and the 100m freestyle WR is 47.24
