Anyway, sure, if you get a nasty divorce going, it can **** your life up. No doubt. But like I was saying before, we intend this to be a lifelong thing, so protecting the things we've built together, like our assets, for example. Additionally, marriage means I get to make medical decisions for her if she cannot, and vice versa, which is much better than our parents having the choice

I dunno... I think Furley's life would take a significant downturn if some form of LEO were to tour his domecile.

Yeah its not always bad but i think i would have to live with a chick for AT LEAST 5 years before i even considered getting married to her, that should be long enough to REALLY know a person so theres no suprises that pop up when you get married (heartbreak kid lol).
