when you have a problem.. good luck getting it fixed
when I first moved in here I had about 35% packet loss. Took them 4 months to finally get it fixed.

Alot of our customers HATE fedex because they either get their deliveries hella late or just about always damaged.

Those ***** were supposed to install my internet at my house the other day and they showed up but said they wouldnt do the install because i didnt have my computer there those idiots act like they have to perform some kind of magic bull**** to get that cable link up which is a crock of **** because you can do it over the phone.... they wouldnt even RUN THE CABLE & install a jack without my cpu being there... im sure they would love to have access to my **** when im not there so they can steal all my homemade **** & sell it on the net.
They want you to think that theres some kind of secret voodoo magic they have to perform to make it work so you have to pay them to come out.
