The way I see it, the more money in my hands and out of government's hands the better, and any politician willing to cut taxes would increase my approval of him/her.

 

You mean the people that will take the $1800, turn around and spend it?

 

At the expense of funding education, police, fire, homeland security, infrastructure, etc.? I agree that we shouldn't be raising taxes all *****-nilly, but cutting taxes permanently won't fix what's broken. We need to stop wasting tax dollars... and not by creating more government to check to make sure we are stopping waste.
