CHP doing something illegal?! No way dude!
When I lived in Yuba City, there was a CHP station not two miles away. All they'd do was drive up and down 99 in YC and pace people, or try to bust all the YC 'Street Racers' on Saturday nights. Good to see that they are protecting our communinities!~
